General Terms and Conditions for All Tours


Effective Period: These terms apply to all tours and remain valid unless updated. Some tours may have additional specific conditions.

Guaranteed Departures

All tours are guaranteed to operate except in rare, unavoidable circumstances. Tour Wi-Fi and services are limited to the vehicle only.

Hotel Check-In

Standard check-in: 12:00–14:00. Early check-in available on request. Late checkout fees apply (50% until 18:00, full after).

Accommodation

Alternatives provided if requested rooms are unavailable. 3–4 star hotels offered. Higher-rated hotels upon request.

Room Upgrades & Special Requests

Special room types, dietary needs, adjacent rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Child Policy for Hotels

Hotel policies may differ. Child age verification may be required via passport.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice unless confirmed. Agreements are made with group leaders.

Itineraries

May change due to external factors. Updates will be provided after finalization.

Internal Air Transportation

Non-refundable once paid. Airlines are independent; the Company is not responsible for changes or cancellations.

Baggage

Domestic flight luggage allowances may vary. The Company is not liable for air travel baggage loss or damage.

Prices and Arrangements

Quoted per person based on double/triple occupancy. Details of cost breakdowns are not provided.

Child & Senior Citizen Policy

No fixed minimum age unless stated. Children and seniors must be accompanied and capable of participation.

Wi-Fi in Vehicle

Complimentary, limited Wi-Fi available during the tour within the vehicle only. Speed depends on network coverage.

Water Bottles

500ml bottle of water provided per day per guest (not included for transfers or short activities).

Activities and Conduct

Guests with medical or physical concerns must notify in advance. All guests must follow Sri Lankan law.

Travel Insurance

Highly recommended. Guests must arrange their own insurance covering all potential risks.

Passports and Visas

Guests are responsible for valid passports and visas. No refunds or liability for denied entry due to documentation.

Reservation and Payment Policy

  • 10% non-refundable deposit at booking (plus fees)
  • Balance payable on arrival in accepted currencies
  • Preferred payment: cash (EUR, USD, GBP, LKR)

Rates and Taxes

All quoted rates include current Sri Lankan taxes. Subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

  • > 84 days: deposit forfeited
  • 57–84 days: 30%
  • 37–56 days: 50%
  • 22–36 days: 70%
  • 07–21 days: 90%
  • < 7 days: 100%

In some cases, a higher deposit may be required to secure arrangements, which will be non-refundable and added to the cancellation fees above.

Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost, excluding non refundable insurance premiums. Charges depend on the number of days before the guest’s departure and the date the cancellation notice is received by the Company—this date is not the same as the booking or inquiry date. Any modifications to tour charges are non-refundable. For insurance-related cancellations, please refer to your insurance provider’s policy.

For group cancellations, the Company will adjust the holiday cost for the remaining travelers. Guests with confirmed hotel accommodation are responsible for additional room charges, such as single room supplements. If a supplier's cancellation fees exceed the deposit amount, the additional cost may be passed on to the traveler. Please contact the Company for further details on applicable charges.

Claims and Refunds

Submit verifiable claims within 15 days of tour end. No refunds for missed services or after the deadline.

Photography During Travel

Photos/videos may be used for marketing. Notify tour operator if you wish to opt out.

Limits on Company Responsibility

The Company is not liable for supplier actions, delays, injuries, or natural events. High-risk activities are at guest’s own risk.

Amendments

Terms and content may be corrected or updated without notice. Guests should review the site for latest info.
